Fashion Show Details

Ages: Attendance is restricted to those who are 18 and up.

Cost: TMG requests a donation of $5 at the door to help pay facility rental; attendees may contribute more or less as they desire. Note: The donation is requested, not required. If you choose not to make a donation, you may still attend the Fashion Show.

Attendees are encouraged, but not required, to bring a dish, snack or 2 liter soft drink to share. Minimal kitchen facilities are available in the building.

We leave the building by 5 PM. Please join us afterward for a casual group dinner. Maps to our dinner location will be provided to attendees at the event.

Please Note: TMG events, unless specifically noted, are alcohol-free. Attendees should never bring alcoholic beverages to a TMG Munch. Similarly, any interior facility rented for our First Saturday Munch is treated as non-smoking. Signs will indicate the appropriate outdoor smoking area or just ask at the sign in desk.

Check your couch cushions and under your car seats because this year, not only can you spend your cash on the fine vendor items, you can also "let your money do the talking for you."


If you really like a Fashion Show contestant, you can vote with your 'Washingtons' all the way up to your 'Benjamins' ;)

Each vote is $1, you can vote for as many contestants as you like, as much as you like. You can even vote for yourself as much as you like (only if you are a valid Fashion Show contestant).

The People's Choice award will be determined by which contestant gets the most votes in their container. TMG will count the money from each container and determine who is the winner. The winner will receive half of the total vote money or $50, (whichever is less, since the People's Choice award will not be more than $50.)


Now here is the fine print:

~ The only individuals eligible to run for People's Choice award are those that are valid Fashion Show contestants. Every Fashion Show contestant that shows up and competes(in 1 or more Fashion Show category) will be eligible for the "People's Choice" award

~ The last day to sign up to be a Fashion Show contestant is July 30th at 5 pm. We will not be accepting additional candidates after July 30th at 5 pm. If you want to sign up please contact Sinnocent or email me back or email us at TMG's feedback email page

~ If you signed up but don't compete in the show, you are not eligible for the People's Choice award.

~ If there is a tie, the money will be divided evenly amongst the winners. The total prize money given out for People's Choice award will still not be more than $50.00.
